Who I Follow

time to get serious about my lifting. From probably around feb-mayish I had been getting good progress with my lifting. Then a serious of events happened that threw that off. So now I’m just kind of fucking around with the weights. I still do the same routine every week, but there is no real progression or focus to it.

Recently a friend of mine was telling me about how great his 5/3/1 progress is going, along with a another friend saying the same thing. So I think it’s about time for me to get back to a good all around lifting schedule. I say all around, because I was doing the smolov squat program recent which worked wonderfully, but I want to focus on everything.  So after this week of lifting I’m going to get down this weekend and write down my 5/3/1 schedule. thing is i still want to work my cleans/ and or snatches in there, so how should I set this up? Also I still plan on doing a decent amount of tricking and parkour as well. So I really gotta get to thinking this weekend.

I figure I legit stay on this for quite some time, I should be getting mid 300s bench, high 200s cleans and shoulder presses, 500s deadlift and hjigh 400s squat by the end of the year.
