Explosive movements 4 times a week, leg movements 5 times a week.
Mon- Full clean+front squat
Tuesday- full snatch+ Back squat.
Wed-Clean and jerk+ Overhead squat
Thursday-Power clean, power snatch+ Front squat
Friday-Deadlifts, Barbell bridging/hip thrusts.
These will be the main exercises for everyday. With various assistance stuff like bench press, clean pulls, good mornings, push jerks, pendlay rows, barbell overhead press. Plyometrics and conditioning will also be thrown in there. With my martial arts training done in the morning.
