I’m def going to have to do two a day training. The schedule I came up with 2 months ago is for sure going to become my permanent schedule for a while. I just don’t have enough energy to do calisthenics and weight lifting in one sessions, and I don’t really have enough energy to come home and do some extra solo training after weight lifting and school. So calisthenics/training early in the day, and strength/power.conditioning in the evening.
