Not everyone is born with devilish good looks. Sure many men are very handsome and females very cute, but they are not model material. Most people will go through their high school and college careers without an amazing body, without a face that makes grown men or women swoon, without a composure and style that makes you stand out.

And that’s a good thing!

Because we lack those things that make us so infinitely likable, we have to actually develop a personality. We have actually be funny, be sweet, be intelligent, witty, cunning, cool, easy to talk to, accepting and so much more. We have to make a name for ourselves, not because we want respect, but because we are on a quest to make ourselves different from everyone else.

Have you ever noticed that the most successful and loving couples aren’t the ones that are overly attractive? Have you ever noticed that your lasting friends are not total stud pretty boys or women with assets that just MUST be shown off? The people who are the most happy and most successful in relationships ( friendly or otherwise ) have actually developed personalities and morals that people LIKE! What people don’t realize while they are young is that High school and college are the years in which you find yourself, and if you don’t spend any time trying to do that, you will ultimately have trouble later on, because in the end it’s your character that will carry you through life! Not your looks or sense of swag.

Don’t take me wrong. In no way am i saying that you can’t be a model as well as a completely wonderful person on inside. There are PLENTY of people who are the exception to this rule! I’m just saying that one should take precautions not to coast through life on looks alone early on in life. Being a Douche later on it life is not very ideal.

And that is why when I decide to chase after some tail, i know It’s a tail worth chasing. Not simply a good looking one.
