Chi/breathing exercises.

Usually I only do this a couple of times a week or every two weeks, but after doing some research into Shaoling monks and exactly how they gain their almost superhuman like qualities I decided to do it everyday.

Two things stuck out more than anything. The qigong(breathing exercises) and the consistency in all the exercises they did. Both physical and spiritual.

Plan to do handstands, headstands, breathing exercises, 1000 punches, and 1000 kicks everyday. This will be my basic training all the time, no matter what I’m training at the time of year.
