Haven’t written in a while. Heres the workout I did today, and the new schedule I’ve been following for the past couple of weeks.
WOD 1: Woke up a ran a mile. I was going at a medium-fast pace, did it in 7:22. Goal for the summer is to get 5:30. Last time I trained it consistently it got down to 6:05.
