After around a month and a half of a consistent weight routine and cardio once/twice a day. I’m 226 with a 32-33 inch waist, 49 inch  chest, 25-26 inch thighs and 7% body fat. My legs are stronger than they ever have been, I’m excited!

rippedfuel: That as a (future) PT and an Instructor, I loathe the use of the word ‘tone’. There is no such thing as toning, its a fake made up fitness term. Basically what “toning” means is skinny with barely any muscle tone, but enough to make you look like you might pick up a 3kg weight every now and then…. solid advice right here
