ALLISTAR OVEREEM!!!!!!!
Lol Lesnar vs Overeem reminded me of Sagat vs zangief.
Now overeem is the top striking heavy weight champion of the world, similar to how Sagat was the Muay thai king and greatest fighter in the world.

Workouts
Today did some calisthenics.
Did the solar/warrior series first. A good/challenging warm up.
Ate a beanut butter sandwhich. Wait around 20 minutes and go on with the rest of my workout.
Horizontal pulls. 4X20-25 reps. (Need to get access to a pullup bar. )
Jack knife pushups. 1x8, 1X10
Hand stand pushups. 1X6, 1X7, 1X7.
Hand stand shoulder shrugs. 2X20
Handstand walks. walked for 5...

Now
to do this 100 pushups challenge as a warm down.
Week 3 still.
Gonna do 5 sets of 25 pushups 60 second break. Still going to do my Diamond/one variant for more of a challenge.

New strength regiment
When I’m in my weight lifting phases I always went by the big 3
Bench press
back squat
deadlift
BUT as time goes on and as I get older, develop new strains, read more into fitness and strength training. I’m starting to develop a big three of my own.
Standing shoulder press
Front squat
full clean/power clean
Now I still love the original big 3. Doing extensive training in all 3...

YES
Just got 20 hand stand pushups in 3 sets. SICK. When I first started before my surgery, could barely do 10-12. Now I’m banging them out. Next goal. 25 in 3 sets. then 30 in three sets. Then final goal will be 15-20 straight.

Did the same solar/warrior yoga practice again
I enjoy it every time I do it. Good/challenging warm up for my bodyweight/calisthenics work today. I think I will make a video of me doing the practice next time, watch my technique and such. I’ll most likely post it on here and share with you guys.
