Balance
I almost forgot how hard it can be to keep speed while trying to gain power. Been doing heavier weights and been doing mostly power striking that I’ve lost a bit of speed. Time to get it back to normal levels.

Hmm, So eventually I want to get a makiwara board. How I’m going to make that work in an apartment is beyond me at the moment. For now some rope and padding wrapped around my tree will have to do. Current goal is to get at least 100 seikens. tates, and knife hand strikes a day. Once it becomes a habit, the number will increase.
